Our “Empowering Girls to Shine” workshop, is designed to build confidence, resilience, and invaluable life skills in a supportive and fun environment for girls aged 8-12 years old.

Would you like your daughter to develop strong friendships, equipped with the skills to navigate conflicts, handle bullies and learn tools to navigate life’s challenges and manage stress?

Join us for an exciting event that aims to empower girls and help them shine! This in-person gathering will take place at the Church of Christ in Blackwood. Our mission is to inspire and uplift girls, encouraging them to embrace their uniqueness and reach their full potential.

The day will be filled with fun activities, whilst supporting them to be brave and believe in themselves fostering a sense of empowerment through an interactive approach using fun activities and exploration.

Carol Buchanan is a counsellor, hypnotherapist, and former nurse. Carol has a wealth of experience in nurturing emotional well-being and resilience. Her compassionate approach and deep understanding of mental health make her an invaluable guide for young minds.

Fiona Kent is an educator with extensive experience in kids’ wellness programs, Fiona is passionate about empowering children to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Together Carol and Fiona have over 50 years of experience in the education, health and wellness field. Their expertise lies in creating engaging and enriching experiences that foster self-discovery, confidence, and positive relationships.
